West Ham’s injury woes are finally easing and David Moyes will have a near full squad to pick from this weekend as the team get set for Stamford Bridge.
Manu Lanzini and Chicharito are both fit but with the manager presumably adopting a more defensive approach it would be no surprise to see them both on the bench.
Joao Mario did himself a world of good against Southampton and could easily keep his place after his first goal inspired the win over Southampton regardless of any other considerations.
Meanwhile Andy Carroll is making better than expected progress from his foot injury and is expected back within two or three weeks.
He is given an outside chance of making the match against Arsenal although looks certain to be in the squad for the home clash against Manchester City on April 29.
Moyes has got to go with the same team against Chelski. Its almost a free hit. Go and attack them, get in their faces and run them down. They certainly won’t like it as the best form of defence? Is attack!!
Agree completely Doc was going to post the same
It was a great win against Southampton and kept the boooo boys at bey . And all the sweeter because it was my Birthday ,, yeh . Sad day for Antonio and for us as a team .
If we can manage that level of performance two or three times more within the next seven games we should be ok . 38 or even 36 points could see us safe . Chelsea are there for the taking but we need to be at the very very top of our game to come away with anything . The big test will be home to Stoke where we must yet again win . Moyes must be kept on as manager if we want to build . It’s his great chance and our opportunity . Let’s keep the ball rolling . Oh , and yes I want to see AC back in action . We massively missed Masuaku over the last six games and it was obvious this week . Can’t imagine how we might be situated in the table if we had no , or less , injuries .
