According to Gazzetta TV in Italy, West Ham are interested in signing Inter Milan defender Marco Andreolli.
Andreolli, 28, was lured to the Inter Milan as a teenager having come through the ranks at Padova, and after spells with Roma, Vicenza, Sassuolo and Chievo he returned back to Inter in 2013.
Andreolli has featured in just 18 games in almost two years at Milan and is allegedly ready to move again desperate in search of first-team football with his ideal move to the Premier League.
The report in Italy suggests that Fiorentina and Lazio will offer him the chance to stay in Serie A.
Played 18 times in 2 years and already 28. No thanks.
If only some well paid bigheaded know all at the of F I F A or similar ruled that ONLY home grown talent could play for English clubs.WESTHAM would come into their own. Could it happen?????
No Tony it won’t because the 5 big clubs will love some of their control. They would have to spend more time on their youth program rather than just buy foreign players willy nilly to achieve success. You’re right though it would make the Premier League a lot more interesting. Unfortunately money is all that matters now.
Do we need another defender ?
Will he cost anything or is he free ?
Can we swap him for O,Brien ?
Can we swap him for Nolan ?
Don’t know I will wate to read what a real fan writes
