IRONS V QPR – THE RATINGS

Sakho celebrates

Adrian: Little to do but coped well when called upon. 5

Jenkinson: Raided well down the right but flattered to deceive on occasions and was often forced backwards and sideways 5

Tomkins: Decent performance at the end of a bad week for the lad. Composed and confident throughout  6

Reid: No complaints – one of his better performances so far this season and made some decent interventions 6

Cresswell: Looking the real deal. Gets better match on match 7

Song: Solid when defending but caught out of possition a couple of times after raiding forward 6

Downing: Outstanding particularly in the first half. Barely a foot wrong 7

Amalfitano: Didn’t see as much of the ball as we would have liked but a class act at times 6

Zarate: Flitted in and out and around the edges of the game but a run of games could see him make a big impact 5

Valencia: Always busy and in harness with his mate Sakho a constant menace 6

Sakho: Scored the goal, took up great positions and gave 100 per cent – Mr West Ham at the moment! 9
