Irons board and Czechs get down to nitty gritty

|

West Ham’s board has spent much of the international break getting down to the nitty gritty of how negotiations between themselves and Daniel Kretisnsky will work.

Rhe Czech billionaire and his colleague in  Pavel Horsky and 1890s holdings a.s will be working out of Prague of course and the new “partners” have spent much time since the investment was announced getting to know each other and discussing how, for example, board meetings will be held.,

We understand that accountants on both sides have been looking at how the English and Czech sides of the deal work and agreeing processes under which they will operate within West Ham.

The voting at board level will be interesting with no controlling shareholder involved and it certainly doesn’t necessarily follow that the Daves will automatically vote together.

However, we understand there will certainly be no further selling of shares from one board member to another until the Governments 2023 embarrassment clause has passed.
