David Gold and David Sullivan have sent their “big” congratulations to X-Factor winner Louisa Johnson.
As the 17 year old Hammer sets out on the road to fame and fortune the Irons co chairmen are delighted that the club’s teenage fan has seen off every other hopeful to scoop the big prize.
However, they realise that if she is to appear before the Boleyn faithful at some point in the future it’s going to mean a deal being hatched with Simon Cowell’s company Syco Entertainment, who now have the 17 year old under contract.
David Sullivan told ClaretandHugh: “We are really pleased for her. She was clearly the best – my kids love her and its great she’s a WHU supporter.
“I’m sure she would have performed for nothing at the Boleyn before but it’s now more difficult although not necessarily impossible.”
And Gold said: “It was a fantastic night for Louisa and her family. It was also a great night to be a Hammer – we are all delighted for her and very proud.”
