Hammers fans will be following or looking for the outcome of tonight’s game between Wolves and Premier League leaders Manchester City with mixed feelings.

Essentially, I guess, we will be looking for a City victory to all but kill off the Wolves chance of grabbing seventh place from us.

That would also take the pressure off  a little perhaps when the leaders  visit the London Stadium on Sunday given they would be three points ahead of Liverpool who drew level with them at the top last night following the win over Villa.

Victory for the Black Country outfit would bring them to within two points  of us with a home game against Norwich on Sunday and Liverpool as the last game of their season so we can hardly count them out of things at this stage.

One thing is absolutely for sure, that after a truly exciting season we are set to  see things remain on a tightrope almost until the very end,
