Irons fans get a Bad Boys warning

|

FBL-CRO-DINAMO-HAJDUKThe fact that Nikola Vlasic has not appeared in a Hadjuk Split for four years s appears to make little difference to Dinamo Zagreb fans given the warning they have issued to Hammers fans.

That he has done so at all is being described as likely to cause provocation should Irons supporters turn up wearing tops with his name on the back.

The new Irons attacking midfield player made 86b appearances scoring 11 goals over his three years  with Split and looks odds on to make his full Hammers debut on Thursday night in the Irons tricky Europa League cup match.

According to social media reports – per Hammers News – he and former Hammer Daver Suker  are big no no names for shirts in Zagreb..

The reality is of course that neither player’s name will be spotted on the back of any fan’s top given one has only appeared as the sub and the other left the Irons in 2001.

But in a message on social media, Irons fans were told:the Bad Blue Boys aka BBB could be upset if either name appears..

“Don’t think so (that there will be any issues wearing West Ham colours in Zagreb) BBB are generally superb lads, if you go near stadium pubs then may be some provocations or reactions,” Croatian Irons said on Twitter.

“Just please don’t wear shirt with Suker or Vlasic on it. Long story, but some may precept it as provocation.”
