West Ham are refusing to rule out more January signings despite looking to have their deepest squad in many years.
There remains a feel good factor inside the club and an impatience to get on with the season again with things looking so good right now.
And ClaretandHugh’s top source at the club believes that it’s quite possible the club may be in the January transfer window as they bid to consolidate their strength in depth position.
The club told ClaretandHugh exclusively this morning they would not rule out some more activity and our man said: “We look pretty well off in most positions now but you never say never.
“If the right player/s came along we’d be active again despite being very happy with what we’ve done in the summer window.
“We are determined to ensure that we remain as unaffected by injury crises etc as it’s possible to be,”
Slow down everybody. Let’s get some points in the bag first. One step at a time.
Not more speculation about bloody Adebayor- yawn in advance!
I think it might be more for players wanting to get away because they can’t get a game of football because of the depth of our team,
I don’t think age will be the problem,Slav will play the best for the job if that means Oxford or
Callum gets the nod age will not be a concern but others like Lee and Samulsun might have more of a struggle as we have so much class in there positions
What a lovely feeling
Cant believe we will need more players in January. I truly think they should take away the January window. If they did do away with it that will give these young guys a chance to play for the first team. Otherwise we wont be able to attract fantastic young talent in the future.
