Irons owners face Foxes cold shoulder as row drags on

West Ham’s owners face being seated away from the Leicester City boardroom as the Foxes owners refuse to forgive or forget their long term feud with the Hammers.

The Mirror reports that the possible move may come after remarks by Karren Brady in a newspaper column regarding the Foxes’ owner, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.

The West Ham vice chairman claimed Srivaddhanaprabha casually spent around £500,000 on wine after sacking Claudio Ranieri last February after the former Chelsea boss made Leicester champions.

Although the comment was light-hearted, the Midlanders took offence and despite an unreserved apology the midlands club then refused to enter into negotiations with West Ham over striker Islam Slimani during the January transfer window.

Now according to the Mirror “Hammers chiefs are now bracing themselves for the cold shoulder on Saturday” but report they have no intention of sidestepping the game but have no idea where they will be seated or how they will be received.

  1. Who cares … it won’t be the cheap seats that’s for sure .

  2. I care. If Brady’s actions in her (conflict of interest) outside activities mean we annoy another clubs to the extent they won’t sell us players we want, you have to question why she is still employed by the club. Most companies would dispense with her. I wish we would – she’s nothing short of an embarrassment.
