Irons talk on QPR defender link

|

C_71_article_1493423_image_list_image_list_item_0_imageWest Ham have – in the last few minutes – denied any interest “whatsoever” in  Queens Park Rangers central defender Nedum Onuoha.

A national newspaper this morning claimed the Irons could be interested in the 28 year old who will almost certainly wan t out of Loftus Road if they relegated.

But a top source inside Upton Park said: “There’s no interest – none whatsoever. We have  Winston Reid, James Tomkins, James Collins, Doneil Henry and Reece Oxford set to break through.

“We are looking at various players but this is the first time we have heard Nedum’s name mentioned.”

Seasons not even over and we are linked to every man jack and his uncle. Are there no savio nsereko or bennie mcarthys we can sign anywhere? 🙂

  • GreenStElf says:

Thankfully not or Sam would probably be interested in them.He has had his McCarthy/Nsereko with Maiga/Carroll.It will be difficult for any Irons manager to out do him with the Carroll farce.18m well spent.Leave the signings to sullivan & henry if the transfer wizard stays.

Welcome to the jungle GreenStElf ! I notice that you love our guru as much as I love him… 😉

    • GreenStElf says:

thanks.Well i dont dislike Allardyce but i am a little tired of him i must admit.Seems this place is the battle ground for sam fans & his detractors.I am in the UN on here,i will stay out of it 😉

  • mattefumi69 says:

Ahahah… Ok, probably is the best solution… 😉

I will admit to having little faith in Sam & the majority of his signings.I think he picks some real lame players. But i guess if you buy enough you will always manage to find one good one.I find watching his type of football mind numbing as well. But if he stays what can i do.Just carry on watching it & supporting the players on the pitch i guess, lol

Are we still *****ing on about BFS….??
i thought people would be bored of this by now.. leave it to the end of the season & then lay into him. Get right behind the club 100% for the last 8 games, what ever we want with the manager it’s not going make a blind bit of difference until then.
I don’t want BFS any more than most fans, but I am so bored with the ‘BFS out’ being brought up on every site comments.

  • essexclarets says:

Have you honestly censored out bi#ching????

  • GreenStElf says:

I dont wish to be controversial here as i am not either Sam in or out but im pretty sure that people can still be 100% behind the team on the pitch on match day whilst still being disilluisioned with Sam.It is a democracy we live in,freedom of speach the last time i looked.Whether it is positive or negative everyone has a right to a view & to express it as many times as they want, lol

  • mattefumi69 says:

essexclarets, I’m bored of repeating BFS OUT, but until it happens I will continue to do so, in the hope that those who decide about BFS’s future understand that we don’t want him again. Anyway, this is a blog about West Ham, what do you want to talk about, nuclear physics? 😉

  • essexclarets says:

☺ how about….. the merits of, is this QPR player any good? Hopefully BFS is sent on his merry way in a couple of months & then the new manager will come in with his own ideas. I would hope mr new guy will set his sights on a better quailty of player. This is the kind of player we would go for a couple of years ago. Need to push on, keep going forward & go for europe.
I’m not that clued up on nuclear physics, Brain surgery maybe…. lol

  • TysonM says:

Youre right essex,he is exactly the type of player we would go for a couple of years ago.He went to QPR in the championship for a reason. He certainly isnt someone we should be looking at anymore, hopefully we can bring better quality than this in in the summer 😉

  • bubs says:

It’s not the club it’s the players agents that start all this rubbish,
He is another Man City reject like Richards it’s all about the money,
Chulker and Austin are the only players that could improve our squad maybe they would take Nolan,O,Brien,Demel and Jarvis for one and Carroll for the other,
    ( now I am dreaming )
