West Ham will keep the manager guessing game going into next week as they settle down to a weekend of intensive interviews.
ClaretandHugh has learned within the last few minutes (Fri) that David Sullivan, David Gold and Karren Brady will see four candidates – including Slaven Bilic over the next four days.
Our own inquiries  have shown that the former central defender is definitely among those who will make their way to David Sullivan’s Essex home but three others will also be seen between tomorrow and Tuesday.
It confrms the ClaretandHugh story from earlier in the week when we revealed that diaries had been cleared by all three board members as they prepared to interview a series of candidates.
Bilic has become an overwhelming favourite for the job at 1/3 but it has emerged within the last few minutes that Unai Emery – who we can confirm has turned down Napoli’s offer – may have done the same in talks with Seville.
That has excited speculation that his apparent on/off excursions to London will be on again as the Irons look to bring their hunt to a close but we were told: “We have no more information than you!”
On the face of it that may appear to kill the story but Emry has created smokescreens around his movements throughout the week
However, our insider said that the club were definitely interviewing four managers in next 96 hours and that they hoped to to appoint the new manager within seven days.
The news is bound to create a scurry of activity among the media with Sullivan’s Essex mansion becoming the centre of attention over the next four days.
Bilic,Bilic,Bilic and Bilic

ahah… please Davids stop all the negotiations with Bilic… on wepants they are not so sure about him and if they aren’t sure, I’m not sure, and if I’m not sure someone else might think the same thing as me, etc. etc… There only one solution: another poll… but everyone has to agree, or no one has a chance. I don’t want there to be any misunderstanding, otherwise I’d rather the total anarchy or Sam again… he has succeeded in building a consensus … lol 😀
*There’s
Lol,they really are a bunch of old ladies.Worse than a bunch of 75yr old grannies talking about the cost of shopping for food.Good god pls appointment a manager soon so they can be put out of their misery.Either that or take them to the vet to have them put out of their misery 😉
Lets take a poll on whether we should have another poll 😉
ahah… I want to live every poll like it could be my last… 😀 and when we’ll find the new manager I need a poll immediately because I want to know if it was the right choice… loooooool
Why try to baffle us? It,s billic.
First things first, I hope we sign Bilic now, I reckon he’ll be a very good fit for West Ham, he will form a very close bond to the fans and get a lot of support, thankfully we will (hopefully) soon be West Ham UNITED again.
So I am not overly fussed about Emery not joining us. However, it’s hard for me to understand Emery’s reason here. Of course there are people out there who don’t care that much about money, I’m sure he can have two warm meals a day with the salary Seville are offering.
Still I wonder if there are just perfectly legitimate reasons behind Emery’s decision (liking it in Seville, looking forward to CL football, family settled in Spain etc.) or if maybe our board fell somewhat short of selling West Ham as a club to Emery.
It’s one thing throwing money at people, if they just don’t gel with you to begin with they are unlikely to join your club, no matter if you offer them double wages.
Last thing: We have been hearing rumours about a secret contender being kept very much out of the headlines and rumour mills by the board so far.
Would he still be in contention to get the job ahead of Bilic ?
We’ve had some great players at WestHam that have tried management as ManU Chelsea Arsenel etc etc, can’t think of any of them who have covered themselves in glory, can you?
Apart from anything else Bilic will be great for our 2 young centre back’s
I reckon they’ll pay for’Ancellotti’s operation and ship him in.
