Irons trying to sign three or four more players

|

boleyninsiderThe club’s ITK has told us this afternoon that a rumoured return  for Demba BA is unlikely even though the club admire the striker.

The insider rejects the ridiculous story that Steve McLaren would try to buy West Ham’s top goal scorer Diafra Sakho. He says there is zero chance of Newcastle buying Sakho as he is not for sale.

The Boleyn Insider goes on to say that with Andy Carroll working hard on regaining his fitness and Enner Valencia set to make a late return  following his appearance at the Copa America we are only likely to make re-enforcements in the striker area.

The mystery insider says the Club are working hard on trying to sign three or four more players.

    Remy or Austin
    Jenkinson and Song
    Peyet in Midfield
Possible Corluka and that will be that unless we can ship 4 or 5 out
If we want others I think they will sell Valencia

  • eriko says:

Why in the world would Newcastle even dream about snatching Sakho from us, as if they were a bigger club than us.

I wouldn’t sell Valencia, he’ll prove his worth this season!

Wonder if Noble still is in the frame as our next captain, personally I hope not.

  • nolans magic feet says:

I hope Noble isnt captain either. But maybe he wont even be a regular starter if new signings come in.

  • bashammer11 says:

I thought valencia had a poor second half of the season(as with all the players).
If someone did come in with a £15-20 million bid for him, i’ll take it and use the money to buy either ba or austin.
