Shame ,I had high hopes for Bilic but his lack of tactical awareness and blind faith in Capt Terrible mean he has to go .

Bilic has to go NOW. We are struggling to win at home against poor sides, so when we face the tougher games without Africa Nations players, or with other injuries, we will be thrashed. Agree with earlier comment about Bilic’s appearance. He looks a beaten man. Because he is. Not up to the job.

It was quite obvious that for this game we needed to freshen things up and go to a 3-5-2 formation after the midweek game. We needed to take it to Hull and put them on the back foot. The formation, tactics and starting XI gave them the initiative and for me these changes were so bloody obvious. That is the most scary thing about all this ….. just how much Bilic is getting it wrong. He looks like a wreck and that also can’t be good for confidence of the players or the fans watching.

For me I would have started Ayew, Fernandes and Fletcher for Noble, Carroll and Lanzini. I just hope he makes 2x changes at half time and we improve in the second half.

Win, lose or draw I think the board need to consider there options. Bilic has been in charge for a year and half and doesn’t understand the premiership, his players or the teams we are playing.

Can it get any worse ??? Get that clown Noble of the park .. He is beyond awful . Payet doing nothing but not getting any support ….. but I can’t get away from Noble … awful , embarassing, useless , pile of sh-te… GET HIM OFF

Lucky you ain’t manager 1-0 Noble

Lets not paper over the cracks. Id be a premiership footballer if all i had to do was take penalties. We have got the 6 points we wanted but it was not pretty and we haven’t scored in open play (Im not counting the one against Burnley). The board need to decide whether they want to give Bilic the funds in Jan to put things right or give a new man a go. These two wins give us a bit of breathing space.

Anybody can score a penalty. No kudos to Slow-mo.

10 other players on the park who could take pens … Capt Terrible lives up to his growing reputation as worse midfielder in the league .
