Chairman’s son Jack Sullivan has confirmed to expect one more signing before West Ham’s summer transfer business is completed on transfer deadline day.
Reports in the Turkish media that Karren Brady has flown to Istanbul to conclude a £7m deal for striker Yilmaz has been denied by our inside source.
Another rumour that West Ham will sign Emmanuel Adebayor on a permanent deal seems completely wide of the mark.
Our insider told us that ‘ no further strikers are expected to arrive during this transfer window’
West Ham have already confirmed a hat trick of new signings before midday today. Alex Song signed a new season loan deal in a deal believed to be worth around £4m in wages and agent fees.
Victor Moses has also signed a season long loan deal worth another £5.5m in a loan fee and wages.
Jelavic completes the hat trick with a permanent fee believed to be £2.5m rising up to £3m on certain conditions being met.
The remaining transfer target is believed to be Antonio from Nottingham Forest which would cost the Hammers at least £7m.

Karren Brady doing transfer business? Yeah, that can be rules out straight away.
