Football ITK Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Thilo Kehrer is of interest to the Italian side Roma.

Jose Mourinho’s team are currently 6th in Serie A, but ‘The Special One’ is under pressure. The Roma board has spent big on wages supporting Mourinho, yet the club is 16 points adrift of the title race. Romelu Lukaku’s brilliant form this season has highlighted defensive issues, prompting Roma to look for solutions.
Whilst discussing the Roma situation and their pursuit of Leonardo Bonucci, Romano said: “Bonucci is available as an option, but he’s not the only one, as West Ham’s Thilo Kehrer has also been offered to the Giallorossi.”
Kehrer is out of favor at West Ham, and the German international will be keen to start playing football again. If West Ham can recoup the £10m they paid to PSG, Kehrer will be sold in January.
We should be playing him much more on rotation and now are in real danger of losing him. Sadly the closed squad system we use means same team and fewest subs means this all the time.
