West Ham United are aware of Juventus’ desire to sell Matias Soule soon and intend to put in a bid for him, according to reports from Italy. Juventus have made their intention to sell Soule somewhat of an open secret, with some suggesting that the skilful Argentinian has been directly offered to the Hammers by the Italian club.

Soule had a fruitful loan spell at Frosinone, and Juventus have identified him as a player who could bring in a significant transfer fee this summer. The Serie A giants want around €40m from his sale and are eager to cash in on the young winger.

West Ham are interested in acquiring the winger and have been in talks with the player’s representatives.

According to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, the Hammers are aware that Juventus are in a hurry to sell Soule and want an official offer on the table soon.

West Ham plan to submit a bid for the 21-year-old soon as they push to bring him to East London.

They are facing competition for his signature from Leicester City, who have also met with his agents to express interest in Soule.

West Ham are keen to advance their efforts to sign the 21-year-old winger with the transfer window now open in England, although much of the groundwork has already been done.

guilherme is one for the future, soule would be a starter imho

now soule actually did play on the right, his delivery/vision is what makes him exception where as kudus and browen are lethal striker in the ball on the edge of the box

soules mission, if he chooses to accept it, would be to find bowen/kudus in advanced positions to get away shots, this can be best achieved on the left wing or as a #10 for a left footed player like soule

where does that leave paq though – as the #8 next to alvarez where he can dictate attacks from deep or progress the ball

the only issue is see with playing soule on the left is defensively he probably isn’t as strong as kudus/bowen so i suspect playing him as a #10 will mitigate this and make the most of bowen/kudus

either way, exciting times, hopefully we haven’t got a 100m offer for bowen/kudus

It’s all about a different style, one that unfashionable teams like Brighton do very well, move the ball quick and relentless tempo,no more posing with the foot rolling the ball, move it,know befor it comes your options, having worked with the Ronnies,Iniestas,Messis,,they all had these abilities,in fact the Ronnies went on to become world class comedians,

Next season is shaping up to be interesting if most of signings come to fruition.
Young talent who can play multiple positions and academy players with give good options for rotation.
Back line needs to be 100% stronger than last year.
Max Kilman looks ideal, premier league experience, captain material and consistently available (free from injury), home-grown.
Linked to whu previously and connected to JLo. Are the funds available?

Why can’t anyone be positive for a change? We’ve got rid of Moyesball and his team of coaches. And now we are buying young emerging talents with potential for big resale margins in the future! Come on you Hammers get behind lopetegui and steinden and give them your stamp of approval COYI

    • Raymond says:

Totally agree Kevlar…lets wait and see as some of these players are “wingers” but notice that Guilherme has been spoken as a better player inside and this Soulle as well can play in the middle so i see this as us getting in good options and we will see a side not as PREDICTABLE as was the case under Moyes…..be patient but be happy that this seems like an exciting new era for us COYI

Completely agree and still being strongly linked to Jota who’s also a winger and what also concerns me is are lack of homegrown players in the squad, it’s early days I’m sure they know what they’re doing 🤞⚒️

Whilst I am pleasantly encouraged by our early proactive attitude to this transfer window. But I am slightly confused at the amount of wingers we are going to have according to your reports.
Guilherme is a winger apparently a new imminent signing from Brazil is predominantly a winger the Portuguese Grealish is a winger and this guy from Juve is also a winger. Bowen and Kudus can player as wingers. Not sure if this is just bilge stories or we are gonna have a new radical formation where we play with a backline and 3 wingers on each side……..

I think the priority is to sort out the defence and a CF
