Kolodziejczak medical but no deal yet

|

ClaretandHugh has learned within the last dew minutes that French defender Timothee Kolodziejczak is currently on his way to a West Ham medical …but that no deal has yet been done!

It’s common practice in the game these days to send players for their medicasl either ahead of, or during negotiations, to ensure that hours and hours of negotiations don’t come to nothing via a failed medical!

A source told us: “The player is going down to Holly House Hospital. It’s common practice these days for such moves to be made on medicals.

“Talks are continuing at Upton Park between the club and Nice officials as Irons negotiators try to beat the French outfit down to a “reasonable price.”

He added: “We remain hopeful of a deal and are trying to get all the ducks in a row but nothing has been finalised at this stage.”
