Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is allegedly set to be placed on the on the transfer market and the inevitable speculation the Irons could be interested in the Liverpool midfielder.

The Sunday World has claimed that  Jurgen Klopp is open to listening to offers for the 27 year old although it need to be remembered he has had his share of injury issues over the last few years.

The former Southampton player joined Liverpool from Arsenal in 2017, but had a season- ending injury while playing against Roma in 2018.

With the Irons keen on ensuring Jesse Lingard becomes a permanent signing, it doesn’t seem likely there will be any interest in Oxlade-Chamberlain.
