Cheikhou Kouyate has put more pressure on his manager after reportedly telling Senegalese media he plays better for Senegal than West Ham because his national team manager is a better motivator than Bilic. Sometimes these interviews are lost in translation so we can’t be exactly sure what Kouyate meant by his comments.

Translated transcript:
“Aliou Cissé is described as a close coach his players on and off the field. Last Saturday, after Senegal victory, Cheikhou Kouyate unveiled the nature of their relationship. ”He is close to the players. I’ll tell you a secret: as club (West Ham) it is not, I had a discussion 2 hours of time with him on this. If you see today Kouyaté from the national team and the club in, you know it’s not the same. He found the right words to really motivate and boost us. Really, we can not thank him (enough)”
‘‘In 2012, no one knew me or Sadio Mané. He picked me up in Belgium and went to get Sadio Mané from FC Metz. If we are here today it is in part thanks to him, ” Kouyate said. To reward his boss Kouyaté wants to help him realize his dream. ” The only way we can do to thank him is to qualify for the World Cup (Russia 2018) and win the Can, 2017 (Gabon) if it pleases God, ” added Kouyate
Cue Bilic saying that there had been a mix up in translation and what Kouyate actually said was that the he loved Bilic like a brother and he was the Greatest Manager West Ham could have …… or words to that effect!
Even if it’s a poor translation I doubt Bilic is a good motivator. He’s far too placid to be a top manager.
How could you possibly know? Are you in the locker room? Do you get the same look at him as the rest of us? Unless I’m mistaken go ahead tell us! So do you have a relationship with him or you understand his motivation and have been subjected to his placid personality? Please enlighten us! Or otherwise shut the fuk up!

Player licks his national managers bum while away playing for his country.Nothing unusual there hehe
I don’t think there is anything in this, other than another example of being lost in translation. After all, would Chek really be daft enough to suggest he lacks self-motivation and requires a Churchillian type speech prior to every match in order to perform?
