It will be a momentous occasion as the Irons enter into their first Boleyn top four clash for many years and the Kouyate factor could be crucial.
The Senegal midfielder has made a quicker than expected recovery having been out out for over a month after suffering a hamstring injury in their superb victory over Liverpool.
However, Kouyate is now back training and co-owner David Gold has revealed he is hopeful that their summer signing will be fit.
Both Alex Song and Mark Noble now both fully fit too and West Ham have a solid midfield with the likes of Diafra Sakho, Enner Valencia and Stewart Downing impressing going forward, optimism is high.
David Gold tweeted: “I am optimistic that he (Kouyate) will be available for the weekend. Dg,” @davidgold tweeted.
“They beat us four times last season, I’m sure we will attack them as we seek revenge.
