Kouyate knows who takes all the credit

Cheik Kouyate puts it very simply…the Hammers could be down now without Marko Arnautovic.

And there can be little doubt that when this season is well and truly put to bed with another Premier League season ahead of us the Austrian international and our record signing will have become an absolute hero.

Kouyate loves the man declaring: “Marko is an unbelievable guy. He is a great player and he is here for us through good and bad

“We could be down without Marko because he has scored so many goals for us, he is on fire.

“I love this guy – he is a great player, he speaks to everyone and makes us laugh. He is a teammate.

“When everything is not good, he is here and when you are in a bad moment you need guys like Marko. This is why I love this man.

“I think it’s possible he can score another six or seven goals before the end of the season. He has good feelings and has everything he needs to do it.”

  1. I know that Cheik has not been at his best this season – but he is and has always been a team player – for that I love the guy and hope that he stays and gets his form back – always celebrates the goals however tough things might be for him

  2. i love this guy kouyate, he makes me laugh with his lovely big smile. sometimes he plays quite well too. sometimes i wonder if someone behind the scenes has asked arnies teammates to play good cop compared to moysies bad routine in order to get the best out of our arnie. whatever way, its working.
