DicksWest Ham Ladies started their pre-season fixtures with a convincing  5-0 win over Maidstone United Ladies on Sunday.

Goals from Alma Donohoe and Emma Sherwood Lily Mellors,  Emily Masters and captain Stacey Little ensured the win.

New West Ham Ladies manager a Julian Dicks took charge for the first time in a match and gave this video interview to Tommy Wathen post match.
