Frank Lampard is this morning being reported as having an outside chance of recovering from injury in time for the clash against us tomorrow.

The 36-year-old was stretchered off against  Spurs last Saturday, but his injury is not serious and he could be fit although manager Manuerl Pellegrini is likely to leave him on the bench even if he makes the squad

However,  he remains doubtful with a thigh muscle injury with the City preparing to name a full strength line up which will of course include Sergio Aguero.
