Lanzini apologises for misdeed

Manuel Lanzini has apologised for breaking social distancing rules over the Christmas period.
The Hammer took to Social media to say “I want to apologise for a bad mistake I made over Christmas and I take full responsibility for my actions. I know people have made difficult sacrifices to stay safe and I should be setting a better example.”
Fair play to the West Ham player to quickly admit he was wrong and say sorry for his mistake.
Earlier the club released a statement saying “The Club has set the highest possible standards with its protocols and measures relating to COVID-19 so we are disappointed to learn of Manuel Lanzini’s actions. The matter has been dealt with internally and Manuel has been strongly reminded of his responsibilities.”
Claret and Hugh understand that to keep on top of the rising cases of Covid-19 across the country, the Club has taken the action of further deep cleaning Rush Green as part of our stringent measures which have been in place since the pandemic started and Manuel Lanzini has returned a negative test since the photo was taken.

  1. All very well & good apologising for his actions, people up and down the country are abiding by the rule to stay safe, and Lanzini decides it’s OK for him to have get together. Landing your a mug and I hope the owners fine you for your stupid action.

  2. Who was the Darwin Award winner that thought posting on Instagram a photo of them breaking the rules would be ok ?

  3. Fair play to the player for quickly saying he was wrong. Are you joking. He has made a massive mistake. So may people dieing and the nhs really struggling. Lots of people struggling but he comes out and tells everyone he is sorry. Disgusting what he has done. He should know better. It’s not like we are one week into this it’s been nearly a year.
