Legal eagle Chris on FA’s case over Wilson goal

hart4Hammers-mad legal eagle Chris Hart is putting the pressure on the Football Association following Callum Wilson’s highly controversial goal at Bournemouth deprived the Irons of two points.

Chris is one of the south west’s top legal brains as chief executive of Torquay-based  Wollen Michelmore LLP Solicitors.

Chris – a member of the CandH FB Group – has also made himself available to the site for any legal issues we may encounter! 🙂

Furious at the Bournemouth goal on Boxing Day, Chris didn’t hesitate in getting in touch with the FA once he returned to his office from the Christmas break.

He wrote on Facebook earlier today: “Phoned @FA today & still closed for Christmas! So emailed formal complaint re @CallumWilson ‘s “successful deception of match official” in game v @WestHamUtd, his bringing the game into disrepute by admitting “touch of magic” & requesting penalties against him & @afcbournemouth

With the Hammers also considering an official complaint and Chris bringing some legal experience to bear, who knows where this may end up?

  1. Excellent news, Hugh. Bravo!

  2. I think “incredulous” is a polite word to describe how I feel after that little idiot Wilson admitted on television that he’d got a touch when the whole rationale for the goal being given seems to be that no one touched it after Ake had headed it goalwards. Even if Bournemouth don’t get punished, I do hope Wilson gets some kind of charge so that the smirk is wiped off his silly face.

  3. Shame Chris can’t get the referee struck off as well. I see Madley is from Yorkshire…..wonder if he’s a Sheffield Utd supporter?!
