London Stadium survey closes

The London Stadium survey closed yesterday with almost 3,500 responding to the annual questionnaire.

Fives years after the Hammers moved only 33% believe it was a good idea, while 43% say no and 24% are not sure.

Nearly 36% say the London Stadium will never fill like our West Ham home while 34% says it already does.

Almost 44% describe the general matchday atmosphere as average with 37% describing it as excellent or good.

88% of those who answered described the quality, choice and price of food and drink within the London Stadium as average or poor.

Just 13.5% thought West Ham will become a regular top-six club within the next five years as a result of the move to the London Stadium.

And 9% believed West Ham will kick on to the next level and become a top-four team within 10 years as a result of the move to the London Stadium.

Nearly 43% of those who responded thought the West Ham board were doing an average job, 41% said they were doing a poor job while the remaining 16% said the board were doing a good or excellent job.

84% of respondents say they felt poor or average experience as being valued as a supporter with 16% saying excellent or average.

A furtherĀ 1,162 supporters left additional comments.

  2. Figure seem to show that there are around 2000 season ticket holders who need to relinquish their reserved seats and let some more appreciative fans in their place. No sense in torturing themselves with dissatisfaction. Spread the joy.
