Makeshift Moyes in Last Chance Saloon

In our latest ‘Your Shout’ overseas Hammer Paul has sent over a video giving his opinions and early impressions on the appointment of David Moyes.  He might not have been everyone’s first choice as his short contract would indicate but slowly and surely he appears to be installing a more professional set-up at Rush Green.

Wow if I could have done a blog word for word, that would have been it, well said matey like you I would happily take a 0 0 draw but no miracles aren’t achieved overnight and the players may have to dig really deep until closer to Christmas and I will start properly judging him after that. I don’t want us to finish 17th but if that is where we did finish and there are signs that the team were moving in the right direction I would extend his contract, to be honest if we start well under him I would extend it by January so January transfers would know where they stand, this window with good players needing game time in advance of a World Cup is the best time to buy, clubs will see it as an easy way to get shot of their underperforming stars (as we may do) and we should look at it as a great way to pick up some of those from other clubs.
