Manchester United Latest Club Linked With Bowen Move

West Ham captain Jarrod Bowen seems to have been linked with almost as many clubs as Matheus Fernandes over the last few days.

In fact, the only thing changing more frequently than the transfer rumours themselves appears to be the wildly differing valuations supposedly attached to Bowen.

And that trend has continued again today with the Mail Online claiming Bowen could be available for less than £52m — a strangely specific figure seemingly plucked from thin air — whilst also linking him with Manchester United.

Bowen Valuations All Over The Place

Bowen, who is expected to miss out on Thomas Tuchel’s latest England national football team squad when it is announced later this morning, was bizarrely being valued at just £20m only two days ago.

However, as Claret & Hugh reported yesterday, West Ham insider ExWHUEmployee strongly dismissed those claims and confirmed there is no relegation release clause attached to the Hammers winger.

Nothing Will Be Decided Until Sunday

The fresh links to Manchester United should not really surprise anybody given Bowen’s proven Premier League pedigree and the expectation of a major rebuild at Old Trafford this summer.

That said, as things currently stand, absolutely nothing has changed since Claret & Hugh’s update yesterday.

No decisions are expected to be made regarding transfers in or out of West Ham until the club’s fate is finally decided following Sunday’s final round of Premier League fixtures.
