Football is so intense now that when it gets to the summer, I like to spend it with my kids and the wife. I’d love to be involved somewhere though. I think there’s no better person than me at this club to know the morals and ensure the foundations are kept with the young players and staff members.”

Full Poll results: Has Mark Noble got what it takes to manager West Ham in the future?  Total votes =904   Yes 794 (87.83%) No 110 (12.17%)

Wasn’t Noble technical at least a coach under Bilic especially towards end. He def should work on badges & maybe do go player/coach in next season or two. The youth always say how much he helps them out & he loves the club like no other player. I would hope whoever is manager when I hangs boots up he is offered coaching job or like I said he could be squad player & coach (which he has really already done but make it official)

I would be happy if Nobes could make it as a manager – but at the moment we don’t know how good or bad he would be

Two of my favourite West Ham players turned out to be not great as managers – namely Leroy Rosenior and Alvin Martin

So Nobes go out there and show that you can do it

Even though has many critics, I do believe he has so much to offer especially in our Youth Development, what a role model to look up to, a genuine person and clear to see the respect fellow players have & how they look up to him.
