Martial on radar as striker cools on United

|

West Ham will be keeping an eye on Anthony Martial this summer after the Manchester United striker’s agent has revealed the striker wants out of Old Trafford.

With speculation still in the air regarding a possible Marko Arnautovic switch to Old Trafford  Martial could be seen of a player plus cash swap deal should they move in.

There has been no approach from United for Marko but with Martial and Chris Smalling in the last years of their OT deals, options exists in the worse case scenario!

Philippe Lamboley, director of USFA management, has told French media that United do not want to lose the player  but have not found an agreement with him over a new contract.

But he added: “After thinking about all the possibilities and scenarios, Anthony wants to leave Manchester United,”

“There are many scenarios. For now, it’s premature to talk about it. Anthony will speak later to explain all of this.

“Manchester United want to extend Anthony’s contract and do not want him to leave, but we have not been able to find an agreement for several months.

This always confuses me- is that martial plus cash for Arnautovic? Because if so you bite their hands off surely. And their arms.

Martial Plus Cash to WHU? should be Arnoutavic plus cash to Utd.I know arnoutovic was a star for us last season, but Martial is next level. Given a first team slot and consistent football you have a serious player on your hands.

    BITE THEIR HANDS OFF!

There is no offer for Arnie.

Not sure why It keeps getting run.

However as it currently stands there has been no offer, or no enquiries. We have spoke with United, enquiring about available of there players, and they never brought up anything regarding Arnautovic.

As it stands currently; anything you hear regarding Arnautovic is purely speculation.

If Martial is in his last year at OT he has to be going cheaper than you would think, he can just sit tight and leave on a free. He certainly wont be arriving soon unless they really want Arnautovic best to wait right until the end of the window deadline day and try to sign him but as the Spuds want him (allegedly) and Levy loves a deadline day signing I think rumour rater has to be very low on this.

Man U have told sky sports news martial is not for sale.

  • Clive says:

Or that he won’t be leaving this season anyway.
