Arthur Masuaku could be back in action in three weeks!
The Hammers left-back has been on the treatment table for some time before taking up gym work and has not played for the club since the 3-1 loss to Manchester United.
The DR Congo international has been forced to watch on from the sidelines as the Irons have shot up the league and put themselves in contention for qualifying for either the Champions League or the Europa League.
The Hammers star could be back at the start of next month, then, according to our insider.
West Ham play Leeds on March sixth and Manchester United on the 13th.
It may be too early to pencil anything in, though, with Masuaku likely to face severe competition for a spot in David Moyes’ starting XI and asked himself a little whimsically on social media: “…is there a place for me though?”
Aaron Cresswell has been mightily impressive while Ben Johnson came off the bench and enjoyed a superb cameo against Manchester United in the fifth round of the FA Cup earlier this week.
Still, this will be a major boost for Moyes as he looks to bolster the Irons’ hopes of a strong end to the 2020/21 campaign.
