The Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay is once again in the Hammers headlights
West Ham has been linked with McTominay for seemingly ages, in fact since summer 2022.
It is no secret that Julen Lopetegui is seeking a central midfielder after bolstering other areas. It now appears that Jhon Duran remains the primary target striker, but midfield could be next.
The Manchester United midfielders energy, athleticism, and stamina are seen as a perfect fit to play alongside alongside Edson Alvarez.
As usual we are not the only club interested in him as Newcastle United are also interested in McTominay.
So it is down to Manchester United to decide to sell or extend his contract.
There is no doubt that McTominay’s experience, tackling ability, and fighting spirit make him a valuable asset. Also the fact that signing McTominay would be a significant statement by West Ham.
