Victor Moses has been nominated for the September Premier League’s African Player of the Month.
Leicester City’s Riyad Mahrez from Algeria, West Ham’s Victor Moses, Watford’s Odion Ighalo, Sebastian Bassong from Norwich and Mame Biram Diouf from Stoke City have all been nominated for the award.
“We have a shortlist of five players this month, because we have not been able to separate our players in terms of brilliance this month. The standard has been that high” Organisers said.
The New African Soccer Awards are given based on votes from members of the African media and followers on social media, and the winner of September’s award will be announced live on Africa’s first sports channel in Europe, Ben TV (Sky Channel 182) on Saturday on Sport Tonight.
Looked a lillte out of it Saturday but im not sure how much full on football he has played before he joined us.Maybe a bit knackered after Citeh & Leicester matches.Offers us something for sure though.Glad we got him
