Moyes contract looks more likely as family affair unfolds

Alan Nixon has been close to the Scot for many years and is now claiming that his son David jnr is set to be signed  up as a scout for the club.

This follows news that members of the technical director Tim Steidten’s family have been recruited onto the team thus levelling up the playing field.

The board have made it clear no decision will be made until the end of the season but developments along the way now seem to point in a different direction and that the two men are likely to form the basis of the team’s recruitment policy with David Sullivan also involved of course.

Nixon – who has ben in the business many years and now essentially works for The Sun – wrote on his Patreon account per David Moyes West Ham future decided after major family development claims close confidant (hammers.news)

He declared: “West Ham boss David Moyes has signed up a new scout – his son David Junior.

“Moyes has recruited his lad who was working for top agency WMG and he is now going to games to size up targets

“The move is a further pointer that Moyes senior is planning to sign a new contract and stay on as Hammers manager.”
