Moyes gives injury update

David Moyes has given his injury update at his virtual pre-match press conference at 1.30 pm this afternoon from Rush Green.

The manager confirmed he is likely to have the same team available that faced Manchester United with the addition of Jesse Lingard who was not eligible to play against his parent club.

Pablo Fornals is improving and on the groin strain injury front but now looks unlikely to pass a fitness test to face Arsenal.

Angelo Ogbonna who suffered from a high ankle strain is improving but not quite there yet admitted the manager.

On Arthur Masuaku and Andriy Yarmolenko Moyes said there there not there yet but would be soon.

Most of this long absentees are expected to return after the International break with the first game back now scheduled for modnay 5th April against Wolves.

West Ham players not on International duty will have a 14 day break from playing after Sunday.
