Moyes’ Hart decision: Irons come before World Cup

|

Joe-Hart-644781David Moyes has warned Joe Hart that his World cup ambitions MUST take second place to West Ham’s Premier League survival.

The new manager has been as straight as a die since arriving at the club explaining that nothing will get in his way of steering the team to safety.

And he has made it clear again declaring: “When I came in I said I would tell you straight, I wouldn’t kid anybody.”

Nobody would argue with that’s not been the case and whilst he has his soft side the Scot explained: “I have compassion for the players as well, that’s why it wasn’t easy — but it’s West Ham I have to get results for.”

And in telling his attitude towards the Joe Hart axeing against Chelsea he said: “Joe wasn’t happy and we will get a response.

“He is such a good professional, so experienced that he will be back playing, there is no doubt about that.

“Obviously, he wants to play but I’ve got to do what’s best for West Ham and pick the players I think will get us a result.”

he’ll get games, in the cup. which is exactly what the tournament in the summer is.
up to him to keep us in it then, as the longer he does that, the more games he’ll play.

Moyes is doing the right thing doing what’s best for West Ham it has payed off. Glad he did it !
Like said before it is not his job to keep Hart in England Squad. That said Adrian made Spain squad last season & has hood shot at making it again but he knows this club
He also said Hart wouldn’t leave in Jan. But no offense to Hart I don’t see him being here after next summer & even of remote chance would have to take big wage cut (now Adrian will won’t £100m a week could of set bad president) if Hart wants to go & someone like Palace or Newcastle wants him or just back to City bc he wants 1st team but won’t be guaranteed anywhere & I don’t know his clause. But that would free up a lot of wages for Jan window & could get someone like Ward on loan or many others then look for an understudy for Adrian younger In years in summer. We have Joseph Ansong but still waiting on permit Ghana 19yo.
That said Adrian was on top of Newcastle’s list recently & Palace have wanted him but can’t lose him.
