Moyes makes Johnson decision

Ben Johnson starts at right-back against Liverpool in what might be the Hammers’ biggest game of the season so far.

The Hammers right-back has been in exceptional form throughout the season since coming in for Vlad Coufal and retains his place at right-back against the Reds.

He will be up against one of the world’s best attackers in Mo Salah but David Moyes clearly trusts him to keep the Egypt international quiet.

Lukasz Fabianski, as ever, starts in goal, while Johnson is joined in defence by Kurt Zouma and Angelo Ogbonna, while Aaron Cresswell plays at left-back.

In midfield, Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek are again partners, while Jarrod Bowen, Said Benrahma and Pablo Fornals provide support to Mikey Antonio.
