David Moyes‘ new contract talks are being reported tonight as having  slowed amid supporter unrest and recent results but our main Hammers source has denied that whilst revealing that the manager may take a decision on is future into his own hands.

The story was reported by Sportslens who claimed supporter unrest and the poor run of form from the team had seen the negotiations slow down.

But our main source told us exclusively: “The story is not true but I think David Moyes may decide to call it a day if the fans don’t want him to stay. However, who knows what he is thinking at this moment.”

The squad faces three tough games over the next two weeks against Arsenal at home, Forest away and Brentford at the London Stadium.

The match against Arsenal is very tough indeed but neither of the other two will be easy with the Forest and the Bees locked into the bottom six as things stand.

Quite where the board will be should we fail to win at least one of them we can only guess at but in admitting to us that he could take the law into his own hands they are ready for anything over the forthcoming months.

  1. We should be asked again stay or go?. He is a dinosaur and should hang his boots up for a younger man with fresh attacking ideals
