Moyes nails one ‘very good’ Scamacca attribute

David Moyes insists that Gianluca Scamacca has “very good” English and is even understanding his own Scottish brogue!

The Italy international is beginning to hit some form after his move from Sassuolo.

He scored at the weekend against Wolves and was again on the scoresheet against Anderlecht in the Europa Conference League.

One has to think he will be drafted back into the team for the clash with Fuljam, and Moyes has confirmed that there have been no issues with the striker understanding the local lingo!

Speaking to reporters ahead of the London derby, he said: “His English is top. We have no problem with it at all. It has been very good and has been since the day he came in. When he came in I was really impressed. He even understood my Scottish which is even more impressive.”
