Moyes names two huge players in rip roaring start

West Ham boss David Moyes has named to huge players in the Hammers rip roaring start to the season and one of them as having become a better human being as a result of his problems.

Moyes to name hammers squad by Wednesday

The manager has looked beyond the outstanding form of our new arrivals at two other stars who have shown themselves to be growing into the team big time this season – Kurt Zouma and Tomas Soucek.

There can be no doubt that both have played invaluable part in this season’s rip roaring start with Zouma leading the team brilliantly¬† and Soucek returning to his best form and scoring three goals.
The central defender had enormous problems off the pitch last season and was booed at every ground the club visited but he took his punishment and has grown into a better man.
An with my tongue in my cheek it’s nice to hear Moyes admit that he understands where Tomas likes to play after managing him for so long!
He told the pre-match presser: “He’s playing a bit higher up the pitch now and seems to be enjoying that role.”
“Kurt has started the season really well. I think he’s thriving as captain and he’s learned from some mistakes in football and life as well, and I think he’s a better human being for it. He’s doing a great job so far this season.
“Tomas has also done great for us this year. He’s been an important player and, over the last couple of years, he’s been a great tram player. He’s a brilliant boy and I’m glad he’s getting his rewards with his goals.
