Moyes position revealed

David Moyes‘ position has been revealed by the club and he is set to remain safe in his job regardless of the result today and against Arsenal away on the 28th.

Moyes’ position revealed

The huge defeat at Liverpool changed nothing at the club but highly placed insiders are desperate for at least four points from the three Christmas and New Year games over the next few days. It doesn’t get a lot easier at the start of the new year with Brighton – a serious bogey side for the Hammers – on the agenda.

With 27 points on the board – despite often poor performance levels –  it seems more than a little far fetched to imagine the club would be ready to wave goodbye to Moyes despite the fans being seriously divided on his approach to games.

However, with there being little or no chance of the club sinking into relegation trouble and with the club in the last 16 of the Euro League, everybody is relatively happy although the squad really does need points from the next three games.

Asked directly about his position immediately after the defeat at Liverpool our key source made the manager’s position clear exclusively to Claret and Hugh saying:  “Yes, he remain safe but we do have some tough games coming up and we are looking for points from them.”
