Moyes ready to add two


David Moyes commenting on replacing his two departed coaches Paul Nevin and Mark Warburton told reporters he had held meetings with a couple of people, and was probably closing in on doing something .

Now, according to ExWHUEmployee speaking on his Patreon one of those coaches in Henry Newham, a former opposition scout and youth coach.

Online research suggests the 33-year-old first joined Barnet in 2009 as assistant coach for the under-18s team while completing a degree in economics and philosophy at the London School of Economics.

Newman left Barnet in 2011 to become under-15s coach at Charlton Athletic. He later coached at Brentford before re-joining Barnet in 2014 to become the youngest academy manager in the country.

He was appointed joint interim manager at Barnet on 1 December 2016, alongside Rossi Eames leaving a year later.

In August 2019, Newman, along with business partner Rory Campbell, made a bid to purchase Bury F.C. through their company C&N Sporting Risk shortly before the club’s deadline to show proof of funds to the English Football League. This bid fell through and Bury were expelled from the EFL.

The other unnamed coach set to be appointed is said to be Spanish having previously coached for Spanish club Getafe CF

Three previous assistant managers at Geafe were released in April this week after a change of manager, they are  Alberto Giráldez and  David Cubillo and Antonio Díaz so a good chance it could one of  them,
