Moyes secret to obtaining a clean sheet revealed

|

West Ham obtained a clean sheet against Norwich City last Saturday, the first time they have done so since New Year’s Day when Moyes took over the reins again beating Bournemouth 4-0 in the process.

Before the Hammers 4-0 win over Norwich City last weekend Moyes told reporters pre-match that he had reminded his defenders not to concede goals.

The Hammers have let in 54 goals so far this season with only seven clean sheets, only Norwich, Bournemouth and Aston Villa have done worst. Now it appears Moyes has worked out the secret to a clean sheet is asking his defenders not to concede goals. Who knew it was that simple?

So a message to Aaron Cresswell, Issa Diop, Angelo Ogbonna and Ryan Fredericks please don’t concede any goals for the next three games! The same goes for Fabian Balbuena, Arthur Masuaku and Ben Johnson please, just in case they get a chance to shine.
