New contract for Moyes?

New contract for Moyes?

West Ham will soon be considering the prospect of whether to offer David Moyes a new deal.
The club usually open negotiations if that is going to be the case around Christmas ahead of the summer break.
Moyes can become a Hammers legend

New contract for Moyes?

That has always been the case with other managers under the David Sullivan ownership reign and clearly, after a bright start to the season, most appear to be feeling that the deal – as things stand – should be done.

No rush on new Moyes contract

Claret and Hugh  follower Cowhead 13 hopes the board don’t rush into things and maintain their usual agenda on the issue.

The end of last season and the start of this one have been very welcome but has everyone forgotten the dire 18 months before?
Hopefully the board won’t make any hasty decisions and instead will indeed wait and see how things are going to see whether this improvement has been sustained.
If we’re still doing well then why not!! I really don’t see clubs queuing up for him though so there is no mad panic.

  1. No thank you. While it’s been a positive start, we are starting to see the pattern of stubbornness and poor game management that is coming back. Whole formation based around Soucek playing including shifting our best player in a strange defensive left mid position. Antonio and Ings over an exciting young player. The board would be better waiting until Christmas, I still think a better manager could get more from this team

  2. I didn’t vote because my feelings are mixed. What will be, will be. It really depends on who owns the club at the time that David’s current contract ends
