New Hammer of Year “staying here”

HOTYIt was no big surprise but congratulations from all at ClaretandHugh to new Hammer of the Year Aaron Cresswell.

Sources inside the club confirmed to us this morning that the defender will be offered a new deal later this year and that there is no chance of him leaving this summer despite constant links with Chelsea and Manchester City.

Having been signed for just £3.5 million up front Cressie has been the bargain by of the season – a brilliant solution to our previous long term problems in the position.

We were told: “It is our intention to reward him with a new deal later this year. He’s staying here.”

    Get him signed up to a 7 yr deal asap, also Sakho & Kouyate. No point messing around with 3 yr deals these lads are mustard and they seam to give a damn about our club

    Pay them what they are worth and get them signed up for the long haul

    i rate him very highly i hope he does stay, if he goes to a big club he will benched a lot of the time, not really worth it if he wants to improve stay with west ham not rocket science.
