New Iron not a major signing

There has been much speculation – not to mention excitement – over the Hammers being ready to a announce the signing of young Brazilian Luiza.

Sky Sports have reported that the Sao Paulo’s has completed a medical with West Ham United ahead of a permanent transfer next month.The young defender has announced his departure on Instagram and is now very much on jhis way to the London Stadium.

However, he is not being seen in any way as a first team player and will link up with the Development squad on is arrival.

He is very much one for the future who one inside declared as a good prospect but right now a bit of a punt.

In releasing the news Sky Sports’ Transfer Centre declared: “Sao Paolo defender Luizao is expected to join West Ham in January on a three-and-a-half year deal.”

It is a free transfer and appears on the face on it to confirm the Hammers do not have serious funds for the next window.
