A new poll asking West Ham fans whether they want David Sullivan and David Gold to remain at the helm has produced another result which backs the current owners.

ClaretandHugh ran its own a week ago and the Davids were clear cut winners with over 80 per cent declaring their vote in favour of the duo.

Now respected website HITC (Here Is the City) has run another given the issues that have surrounded the club this season.

And once again the fans have come out in favour of retaining the same owners by a clear cut majority.

HITC reports: “The majority voted in favour of the duo staying at the Hammers with 73% (502 votes) of the 684 fans who took part saying they wanted them to remain with the other 27% (182) feeling they should sell up.

The CandH poll attracted around 1200 votes with the vote being even more clear cut.
