New role for Soucek?

|

Soucek up front?

Like many of us I am concerned that the decision not to buy or loan another striker in the transfer window may come back and haunt us.

Any long suffering West Ham supporter will tell you that we have had more than our share of training ground injuries, and players who seemed to have forgotten how to kick a ball

But let us not lose heart, as things are rosy again at the London Stadium.

We have yet to unleash the goal machine that is Divin Mubama, Mo Kudus has yet to show what he is made of, Big Mikey will still be bullying his way past defenders.

And how about this for a suggestion…in certain games why not play Soucek upfront to convert some of JWP’s deliveries into the box.

He was scoring his fair share of goals until his role was changed at various times so that could work perhaps.

Any thoughts?
