Noble backs claret and blue army on Sunday

It’s Chelsea time and Mark Noble is happy about it and ready to help the team to continue their decent record against the Blues over the last couple of seasons.

The Hammers have beaten them twice in the league, once in the Cup, drawn at the Bridge and been beaten at home since the 2016/17, and 2017/18 seasons.

And with the confidence of a top 3-1 victory over Everton last Sunday the Hammers skipper reckons the crowd can help drive us to another victory.

Noble made a return from injury to play his part in that and is determined that Chelsea should feel the growing Hammers heat on Sunday.

He said: “Last week’s win gives everyone something to get excited about. We’re at home now and I’m hoping the crowd are going to be massively behind us on Sunday and we can get another result for them.”

He added: “Everyone played well and you need that. We haven’t played that badly in our other games, but it’s all about results and to get those three points on Sunday was fantastic for everyone.”

  1. It was about the intensity we need to keep that up and the fans will be behind you . Keep playing for each other and stick together , Sunday was good to see. I hope it’s the start of something I think we can have a good season. COYI ⚒

  2. I got a feelin’ We can get something out of this one too – #COYI

  3. If the Irons play with the same level of effort and intensity against Chelsea that they did against Everton, they’ll be competitive and have a solid chance for points.

  4. Agree its up to the players to show they are up for it from the first minute, Chelsea look very good and I think they will be harder to beat than under Conte but if we can get a good start and build on last week lets see, to be honest how we do against them and Man U is very much a bonus for me, I just want to see improvement to the level that against the top 6 we are a threat, if we can get a draw or better fantastic but their squads are so much deeper than ours.
