Noble off the hook but Irons now facing FA charge!

|

iRONS BADGEMark Noble is off the hook with the FA – but West Ham remain on it!

Revealing that the Irons skipper has had his red card rescinded, the FA  has declared in a website statement: “In relation to the behaviour of the West Ham United players following Mr Noble’s dismissal, the club has been charged for failing to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.”

The club has until 6pm on 7 September 2015 to respond to the charge.

The FA adds: “Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing, West Ham United’s claim of wrongful dismissal in relation to Mark Noble has been successful.

“The player was sent off for serious foul play during the game against Liverpool on 29 August 2015.

“His three-match suspension has, therefore, been withdrawn with immediate effect.”

So they expect nothing to be said in light of obvious injustice (just like they did when Qatar was awarded the World Cup!!!) of course if it was one of the top 5 the FA would have said nothing.

Well said. My first thought was: “Who holds the FA accountable for their employees?” Friend was wrong, looked to be getting a little pissy with Noble and now WHU are facing charges? I just don’t get it.

So the Ref makes 2 bad decisions and one of those effects a players life but he can not say anything in his defence,
Did he say that all 4 officials were blind, did he say does the Ref know the rules,
What ever he said I am sure it was in the heat of the moment, and after watching such a bad decision Mark left the pitch in an respectful manner becoming a club captain,
The FA are trying to protect there employee and should apologise to everyone for employing such a poor official
